Currently, yes — to access your pet's records through Vetlyx Care, your veterinary clinic needs to be using Vetlyx Pro as their practice management system. This is because Vetlyx Care displays the same data that your vet enters in Vetlyx Pro, ensuring you always have accurate, up-to-date information. The good news: if your clinic isn't using Vetlyx Pro yet, you can recommend us to them! We're also working on features that will allow pet owners to manually log health information for clinics not yet on the platform.
