Vetlyx Care Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Vetlyx Care mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Vetlyx Care, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent, and agree to comply with these Terms of Use.

2. Service Description

Vetlyx Care is a free mobile app for pet owners that provides:

  • Access to your pets' medical records
  • Connection with veterinary clinics
  • Health tracking and reminders
  • View bills and payments

3. User Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Medical Data

Important: Vetlyx Care provides access to your pet's medical records maintained by veterinary clinics. We do not provide veterinary advice and do not replace professional veterinary care.

  • Information in the app is for informational purposes only
  • Always consult a veterinarian about your pet's health
  • In case of emergency, contact a veterinary clinic immediately

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the app to:

  • Violate Ukrainian law or other applicable laws
  • Transmit malicious software
  • Attempt unauthorized access to other users' data
  • Use the app in a way that could damage it

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Vetlyx Care app belong to Vetlyx LLC. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The app is provided "as is" without any warranties
  • We are not liable for decisions made based on information in the app
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the app

8. Termination

You may stop using Vetlyx Care at any time by deleting your account. We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account if you violate these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes will be resolved in Ukrainian courts.
